About Us
Part of our work is to help people who have been unemployed due to illness (mental or physical) as well as ex-offenders and those who, for various reasons, have been long term unemployed, to return to employment by giving them work experience and the chance to learn new skills in a friendly relaxed atmosphere.
Please come and visit us and see our large range of reusable furniture, household goods and appliances. We have everything you may need to fully furnish a house including bedding, crockery, cutlery, etc.
If you are looking to replace a damaged item of furniture, please call and check our stock as we may be able to help you, and your cash donation will go to help a family in need.
Memory Rooms – one of our most recent achievements has been helping a number of care homes for the elderly to set up “Memory rooms” furnished with genuine period furniture and fittings. For some, this provides a welcome trip down memory lane, but for patients suffering form dementia it can provide an environment which is both familiar and reassuring.
We are open Mon - Thurs 10am-3pm.......Fri 10am-5pm.........Sat 10am-2pm. Please phone during these hours on 01388 721509
